During my years at Tappan Zee, I was actively involved in the Foreign Student Exchange Club, becoming its president in senior year and going to France as an exchange student the summer of 1975. True to form, I received my BA from Binghamton University with a double major in French and Political Science and my Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, where I discovered that I liked business more than politics. I retired in 2022 after 39 years as an investment professional in the insurance industry; my areas of expertise were alternative investments and bankruptcy/restructurings. I am currently a trustee of the YMCA Retirement Fund.
My husband Rick and I reside in Montclair, NJ, where we raised our three children, including boy/girl twins!! When we’re not traveling, I enjoy playing the piano, gardening and relearning French.
